Privacy Policy

The short version
This site collects as little as possible. If you join the mailing list, your email address is used only to send you Chapter One and news about Graciela D. Sanchez's books. It is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
What is collected
- Your email address, only if you sign up and confirm it. It is stored by Resend, the service that sends these emails, along with basic delivery data such as whether a message was delivered or opened.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older, which is required to join because the books are written for adults. Only the fact that you checked the box is used; no birth date is collected.
- A bot check on the signup form by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps keep automated spam out without tracking you across sites.
- Anonymous visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
- Standard server logs kept by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, for security and reliability.
Links to stores
When the book is released, links will go to retailers such as Amazon. Once you're there, that retailer's own privacy policy applies.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To have your email address deleted, or to ask what information is held about you, write to [email protected].
Adults only
This site and its mailing list are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
